📦 Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Please note: During product launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery
We currently offer standard shipping via USPS, UPS, or FedEx based on your location and the size of your order.

Since our treats are made with real, natural ingredients, they can be sensitive to heat. If you’re in a hot climate or ordering during summer months, please bring your package inside quickly to keep your pup’s snacks fresh and safe.
📍Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
❗Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, email us within 7 days at treats@chojichews.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll make it right!
